Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Zoubir Tours' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Zoubir Tours. A deposit equal to 30% of the total journey cost is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our concierge team:

  • •More than 90 days prior: Full refund of deposits
  • •60-90 days prior: 50% refund of deposits
  • •Less than 60 days prior: No refund

Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and vaccinations required for their destination. Zoubir Tours will provide guidance on requirements but assumes no liability for denied entry or travel complications due to missing documentation.

Liability and Disclaimers

Zoubir Tours acts as an intermediary in booking travel accommodations, transportation, and experiences with third-party providers. We are not liable for:

  • •Delays, cancellations, or failures by third-party service providers
  • •Personal injury, illness, or accidents during travel
  • •Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • •Political unrest, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • •Changes to itineraries made necessary by circumstances beyond our control

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Travel insurance is not included in journey pricing and must be purchased separately.

Conduct and Expectations

All clients agree to:

  • •Treat guides, staff, and locals with respect and dignity
  • •Comply with all applicable laws and local customs
  • •Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • •Maintain confidentiality regarding private experiences and locations

Intellectual Property

All content on the Zoubir Tours website, including text, images, logos, and experiences, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
